Wallis is deeply involved in the daily operations at AA-GC's recuperative care and rehabilitation facility and uses his expertise in patient care management and strategic planning to make a meaningful impact every day.

Wallis is a dedicated and results-driven healthcare professional with a proven track record in operational leadership. He excels at driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and enhancing overall organizational performance. As the Department Administrative Manager at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, he oversees administrative staff and operations across multiple specialty clinics. Wallis manages billing and revenue activities, develops and implements standard operating policies, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. His ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and implement strategic solutions has resulted in increased healthcare volume and revenue, decreased operational expenses, and the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.

Previously, as Supervisor of Office Services at Cedars-Sinai, Wallis trained and evaluated staff, supervised administrative activities, and ensured compliance with regulations and department policies. His tenure as a Patient Services Representative II involved providing administrative support in a busy medical office, performing financial consultations, and managing patient coordination and complex scheduling. He also has experience as a Branch Manager at Nationwide Insurance, where he directed operations, developed safety and emergency management policies, and provided training and development to personnel.

With expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, fiscal management, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement, Wallis is adept at fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence. He holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health with an emphasis in Environmental & Occupational Health Science from California State University, Fresno.
