  • Program Participation: Access to and participation in all programs and services offered by AA-GC.

  • Fundraising: Solicitation and acceptance of donations from all sources.

  • Governance: Membership on the Board of Directors and participation in other governance activities.

 

AA-GC prohibits all forms of discrimination, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment: Verbal, physical, and psychological harassment based on any of the protected characteristics listed above.

  • Retaliation: Any adverse action taken against an individual for reporting or opposing discrimination.

  • Disparate Treatment: Treating individuals differently based on their protected characteristics.

  • Disparate Impact: Policies or practices that have a disproportionate negative impact on individuals with protected characteristics, even if they appear neutral on their face.

 

AA-GC will take all complaints of discrimination seriously and will investigate them promptly and thoroughly. Individuals who believe they have been discriminated against are encouraged to report the incident to [Designated Contact Person or Department].

This policy will be reviewed and updated periodically to ensure its continued compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
